Overall fantastic stay in your luxurious rooms with private pools. Very good staff and food, I loved it.

The hotel was relaxing, the room was new-fashioned and I loved incredibly kind staff. My room included a laptop-compatible safe, multi-channel television and a fridge.

Beds were too hard in this place.

The staff were accommodating, amicable, would stay here again. They helped us get a shuttle to the beach.

Gorgeous hotel, fairly clean, wonderful staff and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Internet connection was terrible; a little pricey breakfast.

The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a very very nice area, right by the jungle, Tulum, the centre. Thank you for providing us with a really enjoyable stay.

We didn't want to leave and would definitely return here, loved the hotel. The food we tried was outstanding and they have a wide array of meals to choose from.

The hotel was pretty with incredibly beautiful views and a quiet location within walking distance of the beach. Superbly friendly staff in a very timely manner and great Wi-Fi.

Romantic, clean hotel with well-appointed rooms and affable staff. The venue was set in the secluded position adjacent to the beach and the jungle and Tulum. Also, Cenotes Casa Tortuga Tulum was a few steps away from here.

Reasonably sized room, absolutely perfect location, absolutely brilliant staff. Lots of supplies in the room : WiFi, TV and microwave. We loved the private beach near our hotel. There was a small restaurant not very far from the venue. It was well priced, compared to other corporate hotels.

Nothing to complain about, good value. Fairly clean, the staff were fast, tasteful food. The room itself was attractive, updated and had the things we needed. Location near the local beach. Main bar was good;)))
